Bradley Digital 4 Rack Smoker
Reviews wouldn’t be complete if we also didn’t review the popular Bradley Digital 4 Rack Smoker. This beautiful smoker features a reasonable sized interior with a great look and overall good build quality. The high quality stainless steel interior is both functional and quite pretty as well. If there was a smoker beauty pageant, our vote would go for the Bradley.
Some of the folks we talked with loved the wood chip feeder system and others hated it. We ourselves were a bit on the fence here. We saw the benefits that it provided but definitely did not like the need for specific “bisquettes”. We always will prefer to just use whatever wood chips we procure ourselves instead of the need for a special “system”. However the convenience factor cannot be ignored and being able to entertain and take care of other things without worrying about the machine is always a fantastic property.
We found the meat quality to be consistent with what we expected. We would have liked a bit more interior space as well for our needs. We tend to entertain a lot, and everyone knows to come to our house for the best BBQ. Nothing particularly “stood out” here, but it was a solid product and one that did the job consistently well.

Overall the Bradley is a good solid system. There are several things that make it not something we personally want for our home, particularly because of the wood chip “bisquette” system. But then again we have places where we go for our wood and this system just does not fit with it. The system is well built and seems to do the job. Some of our friends love the system and the set and forget nature of it. It is definitely something worth thinking about.
